Sorry I've been gone for a while, I had a lot of things to going on I've also been ignoring light stalkers lately so I haven't seen them much anymore. Attention empowers them they say. Si joint is the reason for back pain? What is the main cause of back pain, herniated disc or si-joint misalingment, etc.? Answer is: There are tight muscles all around the pelvic area. When they get too tight, you will have many problems afterwards, e.g in my case in year 2015 I got a herniated disc and also my si joint went out of it's place. What was the reason? I sat too much, and my job was picking things up from the ground. It took 5 years to heal from that. Now SI-joint pain came back again. So what I did was I just took my foam roller and began to release that form of tension from pelvic area and also stretching my front thighs, I did that until all the pain was gone from my hip area, also front thighs, glutes, hip flexors was the main problem in my case. This lasted about a week to work out, depends of situation and how tight your muscles are. Better to work out your whole body and do it example 1-2 times a week to keep yourself flexible. Stretching is also very important and trigger point massage, not just normal massage which is usually for relaxing only and does not solve the tightness. The doctor won't help you. They lie I believe God gave me wisdom how correct myself by time. Usually the doctor doesn't help you, they just want your money and they give toxic painkillers then they send you to other places that take more money from you and they will only help you a little. Better learn by yourself and pray. You need to study and listen to your body, it will take some time yes but you will learn. I pray that you stay strong and healthy in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
